What data we collect and why
Traveller waitlist: email, language, city of interest and, if you wish, approximate travel dates. Purpose: to tell you when GuiAmigo launches.
Guides and partners list: first name, email, type (guide, interpreter, translator or venue), languages, city and, if you wish, WhatsApp and a short message. Purpose: to contact you about professional and partner sign-up.
We collect no sensitive data and do not use this data for any other purpose.
Legal basis
Your consent (LGPD, art. 7, I), given by ticking the form’s box. You can withdraw it at any time.
How long we keep it
Until launch and the sending of the notice, and at most 24 months after sign-up, whichever comes first. Then the data is deleted.
Who we share it with
Nobody. Data stays on our own server, with no third-party tools, no ads and no tracking cookies.
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction, deletion or withdrawal of consent at any time by writing to the contact in the footer. We will answer within 15 days.
Security
The site uses HTTPS. Data is kept on a server with restricted access and a daily backup.
